America's Floor Source in Columbus, Ohio, recently expanded its showroom offerings to include outlet and clearance products. The cash-and-carry business opened about three years ago and has taken the market by storm with the store selling container loads of its most popular flooring. Gabriel Waugh, outlet store manager, explains what kind of products and clientele fill these showrooms.
