“Tarkett is a global company, so we look at this as a global opportunity,” said Libby Gillen, vice president of strategy, A&D for Tarkett North America. “Our headquarters are in Paris. We have manufacturing all over the world: Asia, Europe, North America, and we have representation in many, many countries. There is a diversity level at that point, but we still need to grow our circle so we are more empathetic, understanding and aware of other issues. That’s what growing your circle is.”
